1. Who we are
WHCMultiPost is operated by WHCapital ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. The service
WHCMultiPost lets you connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and publish video content to multiple connected accounts at once through TikTok's official Content Posting API. You may schedule uploads for a future date and time of your choosing.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed every 4 weeks (28 days) through PayPal, at the price shown at checkout for your selected plan. Prepaid 1- and 2-year terms are billed once upfront at the discounted price shown at checkout and do not auto-renew. Recurring plans renew automatically every 4 weeks until cancelled. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage, to comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service for all published content, and not to use the service for spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
6. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the videos and captions you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content and only process it to publish it to the TikTok accounts you select.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or TikTok's policies.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
