1. What we collect
To operate your account we collect: your email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text); the TikTok account identifiers, display names, and access tokens you connect (tokens are encrypted at rest); billing details handled by PayPal (we never see or store your card details); and the videos and captions you upload, which are stored only long enough to publish them.
2. How we use it
We use this data to operate your account, publish your videos to the TikTok accounts you select, process subscription payments, send you transactional emails (e.g. purchase confirmations), and provide support.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with the services required to run WHCMultiPost: TikTok (to publish your uploads through their official API), PayPal (to process payments), and our email provider (to deliver transactional emails). We do not sell your data.
4. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded video files are deleted after they have been published (or after a failed attempt) to connected accounts. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to disconnect any TikTok account at any time from your dashboard. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, TikTok access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256), and payment details never touch our servers — PayPal handles checkout directly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
